My CHOICE of Poison: KAVA


Damn! I haven't wrote on mah BLOG 4 almost 3 years. Hi Bloggers & Readers... Did you MISS me? I missed you guys! Soooo lets get you guys up to SPEED! 

My current ADDICTION is KAVA. I know I know u NEVER heard of women drinking kava... Blah, blah, blah! I've heard it ALL b4 🙄 I actually started drinking KAVA in 2010. Now it's become my choice of POISON! Some ppl like smoking, drinking or SPORTs... i like Dress, Heels, Jewelry, Lippy & KAVA. I get sooo much shit about it but people just DONT understand how it makes me feel. After my 1st Mix, i swerved walked all the way 2 the RIDE & my sister asked: How Do u Feel? ... I remember putting my HANDs out & saying: "WOOZIE... I feel WOOZIE!" and that’s always been my WORD 4 being drunk off KAVA... WOOZIE! 

Being LDS also plays a huge part on me choosing Kava over Alcohol. I was endowed already when I started & I honestly NEVER had the urge or WANT to drink alcohol. If u know how i am WOOZIE can u IMAGINE if i was off Alcohol? 'E OSI 'A MAMANI.... 

I started Kalapu Mofisi 12/2010 & it's an ALL girls Kalapu here in the Bay Area. We have about 10-15 girls & we're a MOBILE Kalapu. We MIX everywhere we go... On theway to the CLUB, at weddings, at Rugby Games, Parking Lots, by Bridges outside in the FREEZING cold... Every & Anywhere.  

We've been making some NOISE & it brings me such HONOR 2 announce dat we'll be featured at the Oakland Museum in their "Pacific Worlds" exhibition. I LOVE being able to share our perspective & TWIST on our cultural traditional practice of KAVA. We've definitely adapted to our Cultural in our SOCIETY & community in America!

2 months in & im ECSTATIC to report how commited I’ve been to KEEPING up with my goals. I’ve been on TIME & I’ve opened up MENTALLY to receive all the blessings of energy & manifestation. The TRUTH: my consistency in BLOGGING sucks! I wish I could discipline myself MORE to write because this will ACT as my journal as well. I want to make it a GOAL to write a MONTHLY blog this year to sum things up @ month’s end. I want to update you guys on my FABULOUS life as a WOMAN, Mommy & BOSS babe.
